VenueV
AI-powered planning platform for events, weddings, and travel
Foundry202 is an AI product studio building the next generation of planning and coordination tools. Here’s how to get involved.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Planning workflows across events, travel, and corporate coordination are still fragmented across spreadsheets, email threads, and disconnected booking tools. The tools teams rely on have not kept up. After eight years consulting for public and private organizations - from the Department of Veterans Affairs to financial services firms - I kept seeing the same pattern: smart teams drowning in coordination overhead.
Now the AI curve has moved. Agentic systems can parse messy vendor quotes, normalize budgets, and coordinate decisions across stakeholders in real time - capabilities that were not production-ready two years ago. I have built hybrid RAG stacks, multi-agent systems, and MCP servers in production, and I know exactly where this technology is ready and where it still needs boundaries.
Foundry202 is a studio model, not a single-product bet. I identify high-friction coordination problems and build focused AI products to solve them, sharing infrastructure, design principles, and a common AI backbone across the portfolio.
THE PORTFOLIO

HOW TO WORK WITH US
We are looking for integration partners and distribution channels in the event, travel, and corporate planning space. If your platform touches venue booking, vendor management, or event coordination - let's talk.
Building adjacent tools or APIs? We are interested in data partners, infrastructure collaborators, and teams working on complementary products in the planning ecosystem.
Foundry202 is founder-led, capital-efficient, and building for the long term. If you invest in early-stage AI or vertical SaaS and are aligned with the studio model - we'd welcome the conversation.
WHO’S BEHIND THIS

I spent eight years as a consultant working with the Department of Veterans Affairs, VHA healthcare systems, and financial services firms - building AI solutions, leading change for platforms that serve hundreds of thousands of users, and watching smart teams lose hours to coordination problems that better software could solve. At Technical Assent, I was the firm’s AI subject matter expert: I built hybrid RAG stacks with Neo4j and pgvector, shipped multi-agent assistants with 40+ orchestrated tools, and designed an AI persona video generator that helped senior VA leaders understand veterans’ lived experiences. Before that, at Capital Performance Group, I led the analytics behind American Banker’s Top Performing Banks Rankings and built financial models for banks, fintechs, and credit unions.
Foundry202 is the result of that arc - consulting taught me how to find the problem, AI gave me the tools to solve it, and the studio model lets me build a portfolio instead of betting on a single product. VenueV is the first product out of the studio. The thesis is bigger: build AI-powered tools that make complex planning feel simple.
